Corrupted mp4 video

How the problem shows up

Why it happens

Interrupted recordings (dead battery, card removed) leave the mp4 without the index that says where each frame is.

What to do now

1. Copy the video from the card or phone to your computer.
2. Open the copy in Neural Repair and check the preview.
