Terms of use

1. Who we are

Neural Repair is a Windows app developed and sold by Neural System. By downloading, installing or buying a license, you agree to these terms.

2. The license

The license is lifetime for the edition purchased (for example, Neural Repair 2027): you may use that edition forever, with the fixes and new formats released during the edition's year. Later editions are sold separately, with an upgrade price for owners of the previous one.

The Personal plan allows non-commercial use on up to 2 computers. The Technician plan allows commercial use (serving customers) on up to 3 computers. The license is personal and non-transferable; reselling, sharing the key or bypassing activation is not allowed.

3. What the app does and doesn't promise

Neural Repair tries to recover as much as possible from damaged files and shows a free preview before purchase. No program recovers 100% of cases: zeroed, overwritten or ransomware-encrypted files may have no recoverable content.

The app always works on a copy and checks at the end that the original was not changed. Even so, we recommend keeping backups of your files.

4. Activation and internet

License activation is online, once per computer. Repair happens entirely on your computer and no file is sent to our servers.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural System's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
