1. 7-day refund
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of payment and get the full amount back, no questions asked.
2. How to request it
Use the Manage purchase page to receive the portal link, or write to us via the contact form with your purchase email. The license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
3. Refund timing
Card refunds appear on one or two statements, depending on your bank.
4. After 7 days
Since the free preview shows the result before purchase, after 7 days we review requests case by case, for example when an app defect prevents use.
